Feathtouch lining material will not fray like woven materials. Feathtouch lining material is uniform therefore cutting efficiency is maximized, as it is suitable for multi-layer cutting.

When used to manufacture a three-dimensional garment from flat outer fabric, (fusible or sew-in) interlinings provide form and shape retention, prevent deformation during wear and cleaning and offer better fit and comfort for the wearer.

Interlinings can also provide additional strength, stability, handle modification, shrinkage control, crease recovery and durability, as well as economical cut-up and lay-up, without detracting from the beauty that fashion is all about.

Sew in Interlinings ranges from light weight (25 grams) to heavy weight (250 grams) available in finish ranging from super soft to soft from medium stiff to stiff. The width ranges from 105 cm to 300 cm's and a flexible range of colors from gray to semi bleached and bleached or any dyed shade is available.

Mechanically bonded or Needle Punched Interning: In Sew-in Interlinings Feathtouch offers a wide variety of sew-in interlinings, ranging from 20gsm soft, flexible product to heavy product with weights greater than 300gsm. Handle varies from ultra-soft and thin to very stiff and bulky, depending on specifications. In all cases, sew-in Interlinings offer resiliency, resistance to deformation and handle suitable for the end-use application. Despite the recent trend towards the use of fusible, sew-in interlinings still offer a number of major advantages for applications such as sleeve head rolls and shoulder pads, chest piece covers, ties, rainwear, lightweight, fine transparent outer fabric and waistbands.   2. Chemical bonded Interning: These are made by binding web with binder and then dried. Main Characters of this Non-Woven are Good form-stability and air permeability Interlining used for the garments for the warmth purpose and stuffing material used in quilted products is classified in this type of interlining. They are called Polyfill in the trade language.
