At Feathertouch Non-Woven manufacturing technology is based on Needle Punch, Thermal and Chemical bonding. These processes are complex but they produce a highly versatile range of finished fabrics.

All above-mentioned bonding process is dry process, which starts with the carding of staple fibers to form a fibrous web. After carding, the web is transported through aprons to, other Non-Woven bonding processes like Needle Punching Machine, Spray booths or through a series of ovens and calendar rolls to produce the finished Non-Woven.

By carefully selecting fiber types and blends, we can engineer many particular features into a Non-Woven. Manufacturing Non-Woven is only part of the Feathertouch manufacturing facility. We laminate Non-Woven fabric and other materials to form composites. Composites and laminates may contain almost any combination of Non-Woven (of any type), films, scrims, knits, or woven.

We use almost all man made fibers to make Non-Woven. These fibers include polyester, polyethylene, polypropylene, and others. From these fibers, we manufacture products with many unique properties.

At Feathertouch Non-Woven is available with a wide range of properties and end use potential. Capabilities are:

We at Feathertouch have a good combination of latest machinery and experience workforce to back the same to produce the desired Non-Woven in both quality and quantity as per customer requirement.
