Needle Punched Non-Woven

 We at Feathertouch use special punching methods to increase the density of fiber sheets. After setting at high temperatures, washing, and drying, a solid and strong material, called the Non-Woven needle punched felt, is formed. Which can be available in 
   Thickness 0.4mm Up to 10 mm   
   Width 44"(105cm), 54"(137cm), 58 "(147cm), 65" (165cm)
These products are used for:
      Inner leather lining for handbags
      PVC/PU Lamination backing
      Sport goods
      Shoulder pads
      Micro-fiber application material

This type of material has poor form stability, but easily control thickness. And that is why it has numerous applications such as Geo textile, Coating Substrate, Filters etc.



We manufacture a Non-Woven felt from 100% Polyester that can be supplied in bulk rolls or cut to the required shape in our in-house factory. The felt is washable and maintains its thermal barrier. It is an excellent quality felt and conforms to the BS 6526 requirements.
